In this class Chef Grace Stevens will teach you to make the French Classics, Madeleines and French Crullers.
Madeleines, known for their distinctive shell shape, is a popular tea time treat simply dusted with icing sugar, can also be served as part of a dessert of ice cream, crème brule or even dipped in chocolate.
French Crullers are the perfect crispy treat with a light and airy interior. You will learn to make the dough then fry using the Bosch Induction Hobs to create the perfect Cruller. French Crullers can be glazed in chocolate or a simple icing sugar glaze.
