On 21 Nov we hosted an Italian themed cooking evening with Tum Tum Pasta. Our guests were served MCC on arrival in our Siemens Showroom with some bruschetta to excite the taste buds of things to come.
In the cooking studio they learned to make delicious spinach and ricotta raviloli with napolitana sauce, an Italian classic. Guests mingled with chef Matt from Tum Tum, learning some tricks of the Pasta trade whilst enjoying a glass of wine.
After the mains were eaten a meringue dessert with chantilly cream, chocolate and berries was served to end the evening on a sweet note.
