Bosch and Somm101 treated our guests to an evening of good food, wine and company. On arrival bubbly by Hout Bay Vineyards was served along with an assortment of canepes prepared by Chef Michelle from Salt Restuarant. After a welcome to the Brand Experience Centre our guests were ushered uptairs to the Cooking Studio where the tasting and wine pairing began. First up was a dry white by De Kleine Wijn which was paired with a starter of baby beet salad and goats cheese mousse. Next was a Lourens River Valley Red Wine by Morgenster which was paired with a lamb and carrot dish served on a bed of mash with gous.
